Retailer performance status provides you with information about the performance status of your retailer account. This status includes strikes and policy violations. It helps you to get an overview of performance related data about your retailer account.

How your performance has impact at bol
Your performance is evaluated based on two components:

Strikes
Strikes reflect how well you met bol’s service standards over the last 22 definitive weeks. In short:

You can receive a strike for failing to meet service norms.

After 7 strikes, your retailer account will be permanently closed.
Use this information to assess risk and take preventive action.

Policy points
Every retailer account starts with 100 policy points. Violations of bol’s platform policies reduce this number.

If your account reaches 0 points, it will be banned.

Violations expire after 1 year, and the deducted points are restored.
