Status and sub status codes - Upload report

This topic describes all the statuses, sub statuses and their corresponding sub status descriptions of the specified content element in the upload report. It provides insights on:

Status of the upload report. For more information on the upload statuses, see table 1.
Detailed processing information per attribute/asset. For more information on the sub statuses and their corresponding descriptions, see table 2 and table 3 respectively.

Upload report status codes

The table below describes the upload status of the provided content element and its interpretation:

Status code	Description
`IN_PROGRESS`	Specifies that the submitted attribute is still processing.
`DECLINED`	Specifies that the submitted attribute was declined.
`PUBLISHED`	Specifies that the submitted attribute was successfully processed and published.

Attribute sub status codes and descriptions

The table below describes all the subStatus codes and their corresponding descriptions explaining why the specific attribute was rejected:

`DECLINED`	`BLOCKED_BY_RATE_LIMITER`	Your account is temporarily disabled due to exceeding rate limits.	Please reduce calls or contact Partner Service for assistance.
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED`	The content cannot be processed for unknown reason.	N/A
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_MULTIPLE_VALUES`	Only a single value is allowed.	Check the latest data model.
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_DOES_NOT_EXIST`	Attribute does not exist.	Check the latest data model.
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_NUMERIC_TEXT`	Only numeric values are allowed.	N/A
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_EAN`	Specified EAN is invalid.	Deliver a 13-digit EAN-code and/or check the validity of the EAN.
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_NUMBER`	The numeric value is incorrect.	N/A
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_INTEGER`	Only whole numbers(numbers without decimals) are allowed.	N/A
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_ISODATE`	The date format is incorrect.	Use the format YYYY-MM-DD (For example 2022-01-01).
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_ISODATETIME`	The date and time format is incorrect.	Use the format YYYY-MM-DD and 23:59:59 for date and time.
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_URL`	Invalid URL.	Provide a URL including the filepath.
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_DATE]`	The date format is incorrect.	Use the format DD-MMM-YYYY (For example 01-JAN-2022).
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_FRACTION`	Invalid fraction.	N/A
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_LOV_VALUE`	The LOV value does not exist or is not allowed.	Check the latest data model.
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_UNKNOWN_BASETYPE`	Unknown or invalid basetype.	Check the latest data model.
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_UNIT`	Invalid unit.	Check the latest data model.
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_TEXT`	Character limit exceeded, please shorten text. Refer to the data model for upper limits.	Check the latest data model.
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_NO_VALUES`	No value was provided.	Check your message format for any errors.

`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_NOT_ALLOWED`	The attribute is not allowed.	Check the latest data model.
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_INVALID_GPC_CODE`	The product classification category does not exist.	Check the latest data model.
`DECLINED`	`VALIDATION_FAILED_DISABLED_GPC_CODE`	The product classification category is no longer valid.	Check the latest data model and adjust the product classification category.
`DECLINED`	`MATCH_TO_PRODUCT_FAILED`	The content cannot be matched to a known product.	Provide a product classification category that exists in the latest data model.
`DECLINED`	`IDENTICAL_VALUE_AS_BEFORE`	No change detected.	The value provided is the same as before, therefore no action is taken.
`DECLINED`	`REJECTED`	The system has selected the product information of others.	N/A
`DECLINED`	`REJECTED_BY_LOGISTIC`	The system has selected the product information delivered by the bol Logistics department.	N/A
`DECLINED`	`REJECTED_BY_BRAND_AUTHORITY`	The system has selected the product information delivered by the brand owner.	N/A
`DECLINED`	`REJECTED_NO_DATA`	No value found.	Check your message format for any errors.
`DECLINED`	`REJECTED_UNPROCESSABLE`	The content cannot be processed for unknown reason.	Internal error occurred. Try again or try at a later time.
`DECLINED`	`DEPRECATED`	The attribute is deprecated. please check the latest data model.	Check the latest data model.
`DECLINED`	`TIMED_OUT`	Processing has failed due to a technical error.	Internal error occurred. Try again or try at a later time.

The table below describes all the subStatus codes and their corresponding descriptions explaining why the specific asset was rejected:

`PUBLISHED`	`PUBLISHED`	The file is published.	N/A
`DECLINED`	`DELETED`	The file is successfully deleted.	N/A
`DECLINED`	`DOWNLOAD_FAILED_404`	Invalid URL.	Check the validity of the URL and check if the URL contains a valid filepath.
`DECLINED`	`DOWNLOAD_FAILED_UNAUTHORIZED`	The host denied our request to download the file.	Ensure that your host is not whitelist-only and allows for high (parallel) volume of download requests.
`DECLINED`	`UPLOAD_CANCELLED`	The file is not processed and was not downloaded within the time limits.	Ensure that your host supports high (parallel) volume of download requests or decrease the amount of products per upload.
`DECLINED`	`UPLOAD_DEADLINE_REACHED`	The file could not be processed within the time limits.	Ensure that your host supports high (parallel) volume of download requests or decrease the amount of products per upload.
`DECLINED`	`UPLOAD_FAILED`	The file is not processed because the maximum number of retries have reached.	Ensure that your host supports high (parallel) volume of download requests or decrease the amount of products per upload.
`DECLINED`	`NOT_VALID_FOR_IMPORT`	The file is corrupt or contains errors in the metadata.	Check the source file and try again.
`DECLINED`	`IMPORT_FAILED`	Failed to process the file.	Check the source file and try again.
`DECLINED`	`UNSUPPORTED_MIMETYPE`	The file-extension is not supported.	Provide a commonly used file extension. For example: JPG/PNG for images, MP4 for video and PDF for documents.
`DECLINED`	`MATCH_TO_PRODUCT_FAILED`	The file cannot be matched to a known product.	Provide a valid product classification and EAN for the product, prior to delivering a set images for the EAN.
`DECLINED`	`SCORED_OTHER_IMAGE_WON`	The file is not selected. Other image for this slot has a higher quality.	N/A
`DECLINED`	`UNPUBLISHED`	The file is unpublished.	N/A
`DECLINED`	`IMAGE_FLAGGED_AS_DUPLICATE`	The file is a duplicate and is already known.
`DECLINED`	`IMAGE_RATE_LIMITED`	The file is not processed because it was recently already provided.	If the source file is updated, provide a new URL.
`DECLINED`	`SUPPLIER_FLAGGED_AS_BLACKLISTED`	Your account is temporarily disabled.	Contact Partner Service for assistance.
