Productfeed Access
Obtain credentials to access Productfeed
In order to get your productfeed credentials, you need an Affiliate Partner account. See how to obtain one here. |
Step 1. Login
Using your Affiliate Partner account credentials, go to https://login.bol.com/login and log in as an affiliate.

Step 2. Productfeed Access
After logging in to your account, you can find the productfeed access by clicking on “Account”.
If your account is new, you should not see any user in this component.

Step 3. Create User
Click on the button "Toevoegen" to create the user and confirm in the pop-up window.

After completing the request, you will see a window with the username and password generated for your affiliate account.

PLEASE save your username and password using the eyeball or copy buttons; you’ll need it to log in to the FTP feed server. |
Step 4. Add IP
After creating your user, click the pencil button to update the productfeed user’s info.

Add your IP; you’ll need it to pass the firewall.
An IP (Internet Protocol) address is a numerical label assigned to your device on a network. It typically consists of four sets of numbers separated by periods (e.g. 192.168.1.1). Please use a public IP (not local) and ensure accurate input of your IP-address to enable proper functionality. |
By default, each affiliate is allowed to whitelist one IP-address. If you require more IP-addresses, you need to submit a request via affiliate@bol.com. Once your request is approved and your limit has been adjusted, you can enter your IP-addresses using a comma-space-separated format (e.g. 192.30.34.35, 192.30.34.36, 192.30.34.37) |
Step 5. IP Confirmation
When adding your IP, you’ll see a confirmation that this change will take effect within 1 hour.

Step 6. Connect from Client
After 1 hour, your IP-address should be whitelisted, and you are good to pass through the firewall.

In this guide, we describe various ways on how to connect to the FTP server, so you can download the productfeed, using the user credentials you just created.
