My IP-address has been whitelisted, why can’t I log in?

If you have just added your IP-address to your account to access the productfeed, it may take approximately 1 hour for the changes to be processed. For more info: IP Confirmation step

How can I access the Productfeed?

The feeds can be reached via our FTP server. To gain access, you can follow these steps: Access Productfeed.

Once you have access, you can retrieve the productfeed using your login details in one of the following ways: Download Productfeed. With the productfeed you can load products into your website every day. This feed contains all information about all bol products in each category.

Is it possible to get the Productfeed in XML or CSV?

You can download the bol productfeed in XML and CSV from the FTP server. See an overview of all feeds here: Productfeed Groups

How do I know what my IP-address is?

You can check what your IP-address is by going to the following URL: https://www.whatismyip.com/ here you will find what your current public IP-address is.

I cannot add my IP-address, what should I do?

We advise you to try to add one IP-address first. It is also good to know we only accept IPv4 addresses. If you still receive an error, please reach out to us using affiliate@bol.com and add a screenshot of the error you are receiving.

How can I remove my access to the Productfeed?

If you no longer require access to the productfeed, you can delete your productfeed user. You can do this by clicking the bin logo on the right hand side of the component. You can then confirm the deletion of the credentials in the next pop-up.

I lost my credentials, how can I reset them to access the Productfeed?

In case you do lose your password, it is possible to reset your password without having to delete your credentials. You can reset your password by clicking the refresh icon on the right hand side of the component. Once you press reset, you can find your new password in the pop-up. Make sure to update your new credentials when trying to connect to the FTP.

Can I create credentials for my colleagues? Or can I create multiple credentials?

No this is not possible. You can only request one set of credentials per affiliate account.
